•   Standard Service Rates

 

-   Technical Phone Support,  $150 per hour

-   Labor rate at customer location, US $150 per hour

-   Travel rate, US $50 per hour

-   Overtime/weekends rate,  US $225 per hour

-   Senior service specialists, US $180 per hour 

 

•   Consultation Trip

 

-   US $5,000 per trip

 

•   Application or Process Trip

 

-   US $1,200 per day on-site

 

-   Travel expenses are charged per actual costs

-   Webcast per session US $100 each
